Setup Virtual com0com

Used to read LED from segatools

Download com0com

First, download com0com so that we can create virtual serial port in Windows. The port will appear in Device Manager.

Download com0com 3.0 from http://radio.jsh.de/com0com.zip (ref: https://sourceforge.net/p/com0com/bugs/32/#c463), not the one from official. If yo udownlaod from official, it will show unsigned and has an exclamation mark in device manager.

Simulate Serial Data

Install https://www.aggsoft.com/com-port-emulator/download.htm. Send data from one COM and receive from another using PUTTY.
